New Ad Campaign for Carolina Caring Is Making a Powerful Impact.
Some emails from clients are better than others. Case in point, this recent one from one of our clients Carolina Caring: “We’re seeing fantastic results from our branding campaign – just wanted to let you know!”
Just recently, we finished creating, writing, producing & designing an all new ad campaign for Carolina Caring (formerly Hospice of Catawba County). The public’s perception of what they did in the community was not accurate and needed a major update in the form of a new campaign. One of the challenges was that they do SO much. How do we inform the community with clear, concise messaging? They cover 12 counties and their market includes metropolitan and rural areas. Additionally, they are still bringing awareness to the recent name change.
The Campaign needed a cohesive message to the community, bringing awareness to the numerous facets that Carolina Caring offers, all the while acknowledging the current pandemic but with something with longer staying power.
The new campaign also educates the public that Carolina Caring is not just hospice care, instead: holistic approach, comfort, patient education, closure, brings families together, skilled nursing, pet therapy, veterans services, etc.
Palliative care works in conjunction with other departments and offers practical care. The campaign show human side of care each day of the week.
Other positives from the campaign:
• Versatility of this campaign
• Analytics can be tracked to testimonials page on the website
• Concept can be adapted to social media sharing and engagements
• Possibility of recognizable real community members photographed as part of campaign
The visual results are in the gallery above – the tangible results are starting to come through (see client comment above!), it’s great when all the hard work and efforts pay off. You can see the campaign on the web, outdoor and WBTV is running some of the ads. Print ads are coming soon…
We’ve created similar campaigns for Mission Health of Asheville, Frye Regional Medical Center of Hickory and several furniture clients.
