We designed and developed a brand and a brand strategy along with a custom website design for Duke Street Cottages , a small housing development planned near downtown Granite Falls – the first pocket neighborhood incorporating renewable energy sources intended to virtually wipe out homeowners’ electric bills as well as help create more options for the missing middle housing sector.
